§ 4.3. Quorum; reconsideration of action.

Latest version.

Four members of the Council shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. No vote taken at any meeting shall be reconsidered or rescinded at any subsequent special meeting unless at such special meeting there be as many members of the Council present as were present when such vote was taken.
